Episode 004 – You Better Have Nice Feet!

In Episode by nnps2 Comments

Welcome to the fourth episode! We’re happy you’ve made it. Sharky and Brian kick things off by discussing Canon’s announcement of not one, not two, but three(!) brand new tilt-shift lenses. That leads Sharky to make fun of Brian for his love of “specialty” lenses, specifically the fisheye lens. Next, the hosts attempt to tackle the dicey topic of going pro as a photographer and what role social media plays there. Finally, you guessed it… a new “What’s On Your Gear Shelf” segment!

  1. Hi Guys,
Just discovered your podcast and making my way through the archive. Really enjoying the content and style. Informative with refreshing humour. Looking forward to great things to come. All the best.

  2. Def got a listener/viewer/whatever ha. Don’t overlook the used market. I picked up a 17mm TS-E today and saved huge. Legit. I had been renting it for the week and loved it. I also saved big on getting the 24mm TS used a while back.

I’m currently making my living via my architectural photography. I love it and it didn’t happen overnight. What I love is the climb and the journey of it all. And I’ll tell you what, the biggest shift in my business occurred when I realized I’m not actually selling photography to my clients.

Cheers! Look forward to watching and listening to more now 🙂
